Hubby and I got married on 8th of September 2012. We started TTC following our 1st wedding anniversary and got our BFP on 28th/29th of September :) I'm a social worker for children with disabilities. I also do charity work at a weekend with children and young people with disabilities :)

Got my gorgeous wedding dress back today from the dry cleaners... still not sure what I'll end up doing with it but I well up every time I look at it just now

jenr101can I ask where you got it dry cleaned?? I keep meaning to go put mine in but haven't known where would be good in aberdeen x

I went to Johnstons at Berryden but they robbed me blind. They ask you how much the dress is worth BEFORE telling you how much it is to get it cleaned!! I was £135 to get it cleaned and thats with me being given their 'priority' club service discount and not boxing it for me!!! They said it would be 5 weeks to get it back, but it came back to me in 3 with a note saying they couldn't get all the stains out :s Not impressed!! xxx

jenr101oh not good, I will avoid there then! why would they need to know how much the dress was worth before?? mmm I will maybe shop around then! thank you xxx

sam2bIve told h2b that i will get the dress out every year on our anniversary and vaccum the house while wearing it. Then put our first dance song n and dance with him just because i feel the need lol xc
