Does anyone know how to change your name with the land registry for the deeds to your house? The website says I need to fill in a form but its so damn confusing I dont understand x

Feeling sad and very lucky today... a close friend of hubby's has been diagnosed with stomach cancer and he's only 28 
... you never know whats round the corner. I am so lucky to be in the position I'm in. Cherish every moment! x x x
Had the phone call this afternoon from our photographer to say she's picked up our album from the printers and we can have it tomorrow... YAY!!!! x
